Pray for a Man Who Will Love You Like Jesus Does

 

Pray for a man who will pursue you. You are deserving of someone who recognizes your true worth. A man who will never make you feel insufficient or undeserving in any way. He will admire you as if you were made of gold, and he will pursue you because he thinks you're worth it — worth his time, effort, and affection. He is well aware that he is seeking the child of the most High King who is deserving of nothing less than his finest.

Pray for a man who will support you. The man who will be interested in everything you’re involved in. He will love you and part of loving you will be loving the things you're passionate about and helping you reach your dreams in life. And if there’s any way he get you there, he will. His love and support will be your anchor in order to become twice the person you already are. He will remind you to give yourself some time to breathe, to recuperate whenever you face too much pressure and adversity. He will greet you with a smile after a long exhausting day at work. He will make you the best possible version of yourself.

Pray for a man who will give you peace especially in your hour of need. A man who will pay attention to you, affirm your feelings, and motivate you. His words will be reassuring. His warm hugs will be so comforting. He will be the calm before the storm, the lighthouse when you've lost your path. He knows that true love is messy and requires a lot of effort to make it work. But, despite the looming uncertainty, he will be willing to confront them with you.

Pray for a man who has principles. A man who keeps his words. If he says he’ll do it, he will. He makes promises and keeps it. He's willing to sacrifice his comfort than to compromise his morals and the values he believe in. He's firm with his decision and always held accountable to them. He makes himself real and firm in all aspect of his being. He is full of passion not only for you but for other things that can make him happy. He is independent, and brave enough to show weakness.

Pray for a man who's kind and patient.  A man who will make you believe that the world is good. He will  not be easily angered when everything is in chaos. He will be gentle when it comes to you. He will be your strength when you’re weak. He will hold you up when you can’t seem to gather yourself. And he will help you carry the burden when everything falls apart. He will sincerely work through things in order to get to a better place of understanding.

Pray for a man who will respect you and your family.  A man who is giving, authentic and spiritual. A man who will cherish and treat your family like his own. He will make you feel like a part of his family too. He will attend important family events and celebrations. He will try his best to please your family and to establish connection with them, and you’ll love him for it.  

Pray for a man who is hardworking and has vision. A man who works diligently and puts effort in everything he does. His goals aren’t simply focus on financial but also tied into his values and morals in trying to make the world a better place for you and for your future family. He looks at what he wants rather than passively waiting for someone else to make him happy or successful. He will strive hard so he can provide the best and to get the ideal future for the both of you.

Pray for a man who will be faithful and committed to God and to you. A man who is not committed to God will not be fully committed to you. A man who’s not loyal and faithful to God will most likely be unfaithful and disloyal to you. But a man who’s faithful and loyal to God will be faithful and loyal to you. Pray for a man who will run to God when life gets hard and not a man who will run to another woman. A man who is after God is after what's the best for you. For he knows that if he hurts you or breaks your heart, he’d be breaking God’s heart too.

Pray for a man who will draw you closer to God than to himself. He is aware that God always comes first. He knows that him alone cannot make your relationship work. Your relationship becomes unbreakable when God is at the center of it. He understands that you will both experience challenges from time to time, but he also recognizes the importance of encouraging one another and putting more trust in the Lord.

Pray for a man that loves God more than you and more than anything in this world. A man who reads and lives out His words. He will pray, honor and glorify God with you. He will lead you nowhere but only towards God’s direction. The man who is after God’s own heart will undoubtedly love you the way God wants you to be loved.

Pray for a man who will love and treat you right. The man who is good for your mind, body and soul.
